Dasher is a chained, starving, and very ill dog in the city's southside. We found him yesterday while distributing fliers for this Saturday's event. He is being rescued today; we are bringing him home, cleaning him up, and getting his initial vet care. We have had a wonderful outpouring of support from the animal rescue community.
